Pecan, Maple + Cranberry Energy Balls
Serves: about 15 balls
  • 150g medjool dates, pitted (must be medjool)
  • 100g dried cranberries
  • 100g almonds
  • 100g pecans
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp milled flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  1. Put the almonds, pecans, flaxseeds and chia seeds in a food processor and whizz for about a minute, until the mixture resembles a rough flour.
  2. Remove the stones from the dates and add to the food processor, along with all the other ingredients. Whizz again until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Take small amounts of the mixture and roll with your hands into little balls. Place in a tub or bowl and keep in the fridge to harden up, and enjoy!
